JNBB: National Day of Bioproduction and Biomedicines
France BioLead, a key French biomanufacturing industry representative, is announcing the creation of an annual National Biomanufacturing and Biomedicines Day. Its first edition will take place on July 5th 2024 (#JNBB2024), with the support of the Ministry of Higher Education and Research and the Ministry of Industry.

Objectives of the day:
- Increasing the visibility and attractiveness of the biomanufacturing sector in France and abroad.
- Raising awareness among the general public of the importance of this sector, which works every day to serve patients throughout the country.
For this occasion, Evotec, in collaboration with the Bio'Occ consortium, organises an event from 10am to 12pm for students. This will be a key moment to bring together the key players of the field, to encourage fruitful exchanges and to introduce future apprentices to the new professions in the sector.
Bio'Occ aims to help meet skills needs and expand jobs in the field of healthcare innovation. Bio'Occ plays a key role in the Occitania region, enhancing existing programs and offering new training opportunities in biotherapies and biomanufacturing.
