France Excellence Eiffel scolarship

The Eiffel scholarship program is designed to support incoming mobility for international students who have excelled in their academic careers.

It has two components: a master's level and a doctorate's level.

Priority is given to students from emerging countries for the master's level, and from emerging and industrialized countries for the doctorate level.

The areas of study eligible are:
  • Science and technology
    • Biology and health
    • Ecological transition
    • Mathematics and digital technology
    • Engineering sciences and engineering
  • Humanities and social sciences:
    • Economics and management
    • Law and Political Science

Call for applications 2026 - Calendar

  • Application phase: from Monday, 6 October 2025 to Sunday, 30 November 2025
    • Applications submitted after this date will not be considered.
  • Selection phase: from Monday, 1 December 2025 to Friday, 19 December 2025
  • Submission of applications to Campus France: by Thursday, 8 January 2026 at the latest

The France Excellence Eiffel Scholarships were established by the French  Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The program is managed by Campus France.
